- Scale PowerPoint shapes
When you scale PowerPoint shapes with think-cell, the relative size of the shapes and the relative space between them remain the same. Text size, text margins, and line weight all resize proportionally with the selection.
You can scale all PowerPoint shapes except ink, charts, and tables. If your selection includes one or more think-cell elements, you can scale them without selecting the Scale button.
To scale PowerPoint shapes, follow these steps:
- Select one or more shapes.
- On the ribbon, select Home > think-cell > Scale
. A blue sizing arrow appears in the lower-right corner of the selection frame.
- To start scaling, drag the sizing arrow. A tooltip appears that shows the current size as a percentage of the original size.
- To finish scaling, release the mouse button. To cancel scaling, before you release the mouse button, select Esc.
