Use these keyboard and mouse shortcuts to build presentations more efficiently.

On many Mac keyboards, the F1, F2, … keys have special functions by default. To access the corresponding F key you have to press Fn+F2, for example. You can switch the default behavior as explained here.

PowerPoint shortcuts

Most PowerPoint shortcuts also work with think-cell elements, including the following shortcuts.

Selection shortcuts

Use the following shortcuts to select multiple objects or change your selection.
