Welcome to our new website. The relaunch of think-cell.com marks the rollout of our new visual identity that determines how colors, logos, imagery, fonts, and other components will be used across our print and digital media.

In this article, we’ll quickly explain the most important changes and make sure you can still find all the resources you need.

Why did the think-cell website need a redesign?

The main motivation behind creating a new visual identity and relaunching think-cell.com was to make our communications more professional, more consistent, and more accessible to our users. That’s why, alongside the new website, you’ll also notice a fresh look to our social media pages and emails. So, don’t be alarmed if you get an email from think-cell with a red header. It’s still think-cell.

Why have the website colors changed?

think-cell has long been an advocate of using color thoughtfully when creating slides and charts, and it’s important that we reflect these principles in our visual communications. Updating the colors on our website makes it easier to consume the information and see the most important points more clearly.

We decided to replace our old green with a red that provides more impact, more consistency with our logo, and increased accessibility. Our new signature red stands out with a significantly improved contrast ratio against white backgrounds than the previous color.

Alongside the red, we are introducing a whole new palette that includes blue as a secondary color. This means you’ll now see charts on our website with a predominance of blue and teal shades. These charts will be more closely aligned with data visualization best practices that are designed to present information in a clearer, more professional way.

What has changed besides the colors?

Clear communication isn’t just about colors. We’ve also overhauled the layout and content of several pages, and adjusted the website navigation. Our aim is to reduce clutter, concentrate on the most relevant information, and help our website visitors find what they’re looking for faster.

At the same time, we’ve taken this opportunity to bring our website in line with modern technological standards. Improvements under the hood include more robust responsiveness that will ensure you can view a fully functional website across all desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Has the think-cell logo changed?

We’ve kept the think-cell logo clearly recognizable, because we remain committed to our traditions and what our users have come to expect from think-cell. That’s why we haven’t made dramatic changes to the logo, we’ve just optimized it for readability and more universal application in a wider range of contexts.

Thanks to other aspects of the redesign, our logo is now more closely incorporated into our overall visual identity. This is most apparent in the inclusion of the red and gray in our website’s theme, but you can also see that we’ve taken inspiration from the logo’s grid when designing the background for certain visual components.

Where can I find think-cell product information?

Until now, we had one single product page for the think-cell Suite. To better represent the breadth of our offering, and to make it easier to find the features that are relevant for different think-cell users, we now have four distinct product pages:

These pages explain the features and benefits of our products, detailing how each one can help you build more impactful business presentations.

Has the user manual been updated?

Our think-cell user manual has always been a valuable resource, providing clear, detailed instructions on all features and functionalities of our software. This hasn’t changed, but we have updated the manual’s navigation to make it easier for you to find the answers you’re looking for. And as before, you can still find solutions to common problems in our knowledge base and information on the latest think-cell release at our what’s new page.

Which languages does the new think-cell website support?

The think-cell website is currently available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese and Japanese. You can choose your preferred language by clicking the globe icon at the top of any page.

Do these changes affect my think-cell license?

No, your think-cell license is not affected by the changes to the website. You can still access your account through our portal login page. It might look a little different but all functions remain the same.

Are there more changes coming?

This website relaunch is a major milestone that has touched every single page on think-cell.com. But we’re not finished yet. While we’ve rebuilt some key pages from the ground up, other sections have only undergone the technical improvements and adaptation to our new visual identity.

We’ll continue optimizing further, ensuring that our whole website reflects our commitment to consistency and clear communication. This won’t happen over night but we’ll continue to make improvements so that every time you visit think-cell.com you have an informative, valuable and productive experience.
