Remote assistance

With a little help from your friends

To allow our support team to temporarily watch your computer screen, follow these steps. You will be able to see everything we do as we do it, and you are free to disconnect at any time.

  1. Download this file and run it on your computer:

    Windows

    TeamViewerQS.exe
    If prompted, you can also run the file directly from the Internet source. No installation or configuration is required.

    macOS

    TeamViewerQS.dmg

  2. Please tell our support team the ID and Password displayed in the TeamViewer window.
  3. Wait for the remote session to be established.

At the end of the remote assistance process, our support team will terminate the remote session. Or, you can end the session at any time by simply clicking on the white cross in the TeamViewer window in the lower right corner. This will completely and immediately disconnect our support team from your computer.
