think-cell 5.3 launched

On December 17th, think-cell launched the brand-new version 5.3 of its flagship product for chart creation in Microsoft PowerPoint. The new release will be delivered to all customers under the think-cell partnership program and is also available as a full-featured 30 day trial.

think-cell 5.3 brings more than a dozen new or improved features – most prominently the compatibility with Microsoft's brand-new operating system Windows 8.

Besides the improved and extended data-oriented features, Markus Hannebauer, think-cell's CEO, draws attention to improvements that are particularly interesting for smaller companies: "More than half of our revenue comes from companies with less than a hundred licenses. At the same time, these smaller accounts rarely use our customization services. Therefore, we decided to introduce self-customization means to our software. The user-customizable fill colors in think-cell 5.3 are just the beginning. We are going to add more custom styles in future versions."
