問題

macOS 10.14 以降で thinkcell がメールの送信に失敗する

Send Slides...、Request Support...、または Invite to thinkcell trial... をクリックすると、thinkcell は「thinkcell has not been authorized to send mail」というエラーメッセージと、この記事へのリンクを表示します。

説明

macOS 10.14 以降では、PowerPoint または Excel が Mail に Apple Events を送信することを許可するかどうかを macOS が確認します。過去にこのリクエストを拒否している可能性があります。

解決策

macOS 10.14.2 以降で thinkcell を承認するには、System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Automation で Mail チェックボックスをオンにします。

    Finder で、Applications、続いて Utilities に移動します。

  2. Terminal で tccutil reset AppleEvents と入力し、Enter を押します
  3. 次に PowerPoint を開き、Send Slides...、Request Support...、または Invite to thinkcell trial... をもう一度クリックします。
  4. "Microsoft PowerPoint" wants access to control "Mail". Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in "Mail", and to perform actions within that app. というメッセージボックスが表示されます。OK を押して確認します。
