问题

thinkcell 在 macOS 10.14 及更高版本上无法发送电子邮件

当我点击 Send Slides...、Request Support... 或 Invite to thinkcell trial... 时，thinkcell 会显示 一条错误消息，提示“thinkcell has not been authorized to send mail”，并附有指向本文的链接。

说明

在 macOS 10.14 及更高版本上，macOS 会询问您是否授权 PowerPoint 或 Excel 向 Mail 发送 Apple Events。您过去可能拒绝过此请求。

解决方案

要在 macOS 10.14.2 及更高版本上授权 thinkcell，请在 Mail 复选框中打勾，路径为 System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Automation。

    在 Finder 中，前往 Applications，然后进入 Utilities。

  2. 在“终端”中，输入 tccutil reset AppleEvents，然后按 Enter

  4. 将出现一个消息框，显示 "Microsoft PowerPoint" wants access to control "Mail". Allowing control will provide access to documents and data in "Mail", and to perform actions within that app. 按 OK 确认。
