think-cell appoints Adam Conlon as CFO & COO

BERLIN, Germany – June 30th, 2025

think-cell, the creator of the leading productivity software for data-driven presentations which saves users up to 70% time, has appointed Adam Conlon as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer effective July 2025. He is following Christoph Hobo, who played an important role in scaling think-cell’s operations and supporting the company’s international growth.

think-cell is growing double digit and has now c. 1.3m users across sectors and geographies. Since 2021 new offices were opened in Japan, US, UK and the UAE and think-cell has expanded its product offering with think-cell Library.

A well-structured transition is underway, and Christoph will stay as an advisor over the coming months to ensure continuity.

Adam is a Chartered Accountant with a strong track record in private equity-backed software and services businesses. He spent several years in Transaction Services at PwC and has since held CFO positions at several high-growth companies, including Prospitalia and Blue Yonder. In these roles, he led multiple M&A transactions, executed finance transformations, and scaled finance and operations functions to support double-digit growth.

Most recently, Adam served as Interim CFO at Unzer, where he played a key role in implementing value creation initiatives, enhancing financial controls and establishing scalable systems for long-term success.
