What You Will Do 

Join us as a Product Manager to help drive the evolution of our product portfolio. This role focuses on translating user needs into clear requirements to drive measurable value for our customers and to derive input for the product development process. Your deep understanding of user needs, combined with a strategic mindset will make our products more intuitive, impactful, and valuable. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Engage with users to identify pain points and uncover opportunities to improve their experience with think-cell
• Analyze product usage data and gather insights to make informed decisions, prioritizing improvements that align with product and company goals
• Derive solutions and features and define respective user stories as an input for developers. Engage in deep dives with the development team to precisely specify features and products
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders (especially developers, account managers and marketing managers) to ensure features are well-crafted, intuitive, and valuable
• Be the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals
• Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive products to ensure think-cell stays ahead of the curve

You will be great for this position if you have 

• Product management experience: 3+ years of experience as a product manager, ideally for software products
• User-centric approach: Ability to understand and empathize with user needs and turn those insights into impactful product features
• Collaboration & communication: Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional settings, skilled at developing captivating presentations, and is adept at negotiation
• Technical understanding: IT affinity and the ability to understand technical aspects of our products and how they are developed. Experience with AI products is a plus
• Visionary mindset: Passion for building products that change the way users work and make their tasks more efficient and delightful
• PowerPoint knowledge: Experience with PowerPoint is a plus
• Language skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken
