What You Will Do
We are looking for a Project Lead to join our Product team to drive cross-functional initiatives that support our product adoption, release management, and strategic decision-making. In this role, you’ll act as a connector and orchestrator across teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely execution of key projects that shape the direction of our business.
You will work closely with senior leaders—including our CEO, board, and Senior Leadership Team—to manage programs, analyse performance, and prepare executive-ready materials that inform critical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Ownership & Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of ongoing and ad hoc cross-functional initiatives—ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and timely delivery.
- Adoption & Performance Tracking: Monitor product usage and adoption trends, analyze data, and translate insights into initiatives, executive summaries and board-level presentations.
- Release Management: Coordinate company-wide release activities for new products, features, and versions—managing dependencies and communication across teams.
- Strategic Projects: Research and develop recommendations for key business topics (e.g., licensing models, auto-renewal strategy, risk assessments), presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Executive Reporting: Prepare presentations and reports for the CEO, board, and leadership team—crafting clear narratives supported by data.
- Customer Insights: Lead company-wide customer surveys in collaboration with Marketing and RevOps, analyse results (e.g., in Power BI), and translate findings into actionable initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with teams across time zones, drive accountability, follow up on deliverables, and communicate progress effectively.
You will be great for this position if you have
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; experience working with data and tools like Excel or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience preparing executive-level presentations (e.g., for C-level or board).
- Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, hands-on approach, high ownership, and willingness to “get things done.”
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to follow an office-first hybrid model (approx. 4 days per week in-office in Berlin).
- Bonus: Interest in technology or software products and curiosity to understand our users and offerings
Location: Berlin, Germany
