What You Will Do
As a Junior Account Manager for Portugal and Brazil, you will partner closely with an experienced Account Manager to support, retain, and grow our customer base in these key markets. You will independently manage selected accounts, deliver impactful onboarding and training sessions, and contribute to expanding our footprint across mid-market and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and grow a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise customers in Portugal and Brazil
- Independently manage selected accounts, ensuring strong engagement, adoption, and satisfaction
- Deliver onboarding, product demos, and training workshops to drive deeper feature usage
- Proactively prospect into new departments or teams within existing customers to expand revenue
- Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day customer questions and guidance
- Monitor customer health metrics, identifying risks and opportunities early
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth, value-driven customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records, insights, and activities in CRM tools like Salesforce
You will be great for this position if you have
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or another customer-facing role
- Previous exposure to quota-carrying or target-related responsibilities
- Strong understanding of Brazilian business culture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English
- Confidence in leading training sessions, product demos, and onboarding calls
- A proactive, structured working style with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce; SaaS experience is a plus
- Curiosity, accountability, and enthusiasm for learning the think-cell product deeply
This role can be based on our Berlin or Munich office and requires in office presence at least 4 days a week.
