What You Will Do 

We build powerful, productivity-enhancing software used around the world. Our IT & Infrastructure teams support a growing organization and are committed to reliability, security, and empowering users. You will join a compact, capable team and report to the Head of Infrastructure, while working autonomously to support the staff in the Denver office. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for the Denver office: desktops, laptops, printers, networking, telephony, peripherals, and user onboarding/offboarding. 
  • Assist in system maintenance: patching, OS and software updates, backups, and basic monitoring. 
  • Help maintain internal server infrastructure (on-prem or cloud, depending on setup): ensuring uptime, performing routine checks. 
  • Support network infrastructure: switches, routers, WiFi, VPNs, ensuring reliable connectivity for users. 
  • Assist with the setup and administration of collaboration tools, identity management (e.g. Active Directory, Azure AD), permissions, and security best practices. 
  • Document systems, processes, and user-help guides relevant to Denver site. 
  • Collaborate with the rest of the IT/Infrastructure team (Berlin + other offices) when projects require broader coordination. 
  • Participate in troubleshooting escalated issues; communicate with vendors and external support when needed. 

You will be great for this position if you have 

  • Must-haves: 
    • 2-4+ years’ experience in system, desktop, helpdesk, and infrastructure support roles 
    • Solid foundation in supporting Windows & Mac environments 
    • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routing, VPN) 
    • Good understanding of common enterprise tools: Microsoft Office 365 suite, endpoint protection 
    • Comfortable with learning new tools, working under guidance, but owning your tasks and being proactive 
    • Strong English communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, ability to work with non-technical staff 
    • Ability and willingness to work on-site in Denver, minimum of 3 days a week, with occasional remote work as per company policy 
  • Nice-to-haves: 
    • Experience with cloud services (Azure, GCP) or hybrid environments 
    • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automating tasks 
    • Knowledge of monitoring / alerting tools 
    • Exposure to security best practices: e.g. patching, vulnerability scanning, handling permissions 
    • Previous experience in a small team where multi-tasking and independence matter

Compensation: think-cell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate a salary between 65-75k per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will depend upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location etc. as determined through the selection process. think-cell provides comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
