The upcoming Berlin C++ Meetup brings together the local C++ community for two technical talks covering modern C++ features and performance.

Talks:

• std::function vs std::copyable_function vs..., by Jan Wilczek, C++ Developer at thinkcell.

A comparison of the four standard function wrappers in modern C++, including std::function, std::move_only_function, std::copyable_function, and std::function_ref, with a focus on when to use each one.

• Just-in-Time Compilation in C++ with Nautilus, by Lukas Schwerdtfeger, PhD student at TU Berlin and BIFOLD.

An introduction to JIT compilation and Nautilus, a lightweight tracing JIT compiler for C++. The talk explores how runtime information can be used to generate specialized code and improve performance in C++ applications.
