問題

  • Excel を起動すると、「…addin could not be found. Check the spelling of the file name, and verify that the file location is correct.」というメッセージが表示されます。
  • または、PGP Desktop がインストールされている場合、グラフを挿入した後に PowerPoint が応答しなくなります。

解決策

PGP を最新バージョンにアップグレードしてください。Symantec は PGP を同社の Encryption 製品に統合しています。
