问题

  • 更新 thinkcell 图表耗时很长，并且每次更改 thinkcell 内部数据表后，PowerPoint 似乎响应非常缓慢。
  • 已安装 ESET Smart Security Version 9 或 ESET NOD32 Antivirus Version 9，并且已启用 Real-time file system protection：Setup > Computer protection > Real-time file system protection。

要确认您是否受此问题影响，可以暂时停用 Real-time file system protection。thinkcell 性能应会恢复正常。

解决方案

请更新到当前版本的 ESET NOD32 Antivirus 或 ESET Smart Security。
