KB0217：与 Digital Guardian 冲突：关闭 Excel 会触发 "HRESULT 0x800A03EC"
问题
我安装了 Digital Guardian 和 thinkcell。当我关闭 Excel 时，似乎会随机出现一条 thinkcell 错误：
此崩溃可能导致 thinkcell 的内部数据表无法再打开。

- 打开 Excel
- 选择一些单元格，例如 A1:C3 单元格
- Insert > thinkcell > Elements > Stacked
> PowerPoint 打开 - 在 PowerPoint 中插入（空）图表
- 保存 PowerPoint 和 Excel 文件，例如保存到桌面
- 关闭 PowerPoint 和 Excel
- 打开 Windows Task Manager >（More Details）> Details 选项卡，并确保所有 Excel.exe 和 PowerPnt.exe 进程均已关闭
- 打开已保存的 PowerPoint 文件
- 双击（空）thinkcell 图表
> 内部数据表打开
> Excel 文件打开（内部数据表关闭），这是预期的正常行为
> 任务管理器中有两个 Excel 进程处于打开状态 - 关闭 Excel

禁用 Digital Guardian Document Properties 功能后，该问题不会出现。
