The role and your impact

In your new role as product manager in our Berlin office, you will be responsible for a broad set of activities. You will work together with our Head of Product Management and Director of Customer Success to:

  • Conduct various market analyses to inform product roadmap and development
  • Support feature development end to end from design to testing alignment
  • Educate customers through demos and trainings to increase customer satisfaction
  • Create (in-)product content (documentation, communication) to improve user experience
  • Drive product-led growth through close collaboration with the sales organization

Your profile

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally with consulting or product background
  • Good understanding of SaaS software and general interest for software is a plus
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentations skills
  • Dynamic, high-energy personality with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Able to work independently and assume responsibility for your own projects
  • Work from think-cell’s headquarters in Berlin
  • Fluent in English, fluent in German is a strong plus
