The role and your impact

In your role as an Onsite Talent Acquisition Coordinator in our Berlin office, you will be responsible for a broad set of activities that will help us bring the best tech talent from all over the world.

Reporting to our HR Lead EMEA, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating our recruitment process by managing incoming applications, scheduling interviews for department heads and C-level management, following up on feedback, etc.
  • Providing a best-in-class candidate experience via managing the candidate database, answering questions from the applicants, making telephone interview introductions, setting up the room and greeting candidates in person for the on-site interviews, etc.
  • Supporting the recruitment process for technical positions: managing in-house HR systems, maintaining open vacancies on multiple job boards, etc.
  • Managing recruitment agencies incl. position briefings, signing contracts, answering questions, keeping their profiles up to date, etc.
  • Reaching out to potential candidates through various recruitment channels
  • Any other administrative tasks as required
  • Projects: process optimization, finding new ways to attract the best tech candidates (incl. new job/direct search platforms, collaborating with new agencies, liaising with universities to publish open vacancies, etc.)

Your profile

  • Fluent in English, German is a big plus
  • Interest in developing in the recruitment field
  • Great organizational skills: stakeholder and calendar management
  • High attention to detail and comfortable with routine work (around 70%)
  • Interest in working with systems and processes
  • Ability to work independently and hands-on
  • Being familiar with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing (e.g., recruiting on social platforms such as LinkedIn) is a big plus
