The role and your impact

In your new role as Sales Development Representative in our Boston office, you will be focusing on prospecting, doing discovery calls and looking for opportunities within existing accounts. It doesn't require cold calling like most SDR roles. You will provide general support to the team and collaborate in other interesting tasks such as marketing campaigns and quarterly reporting. Your tasks include:

  • Handling messages coming from inbound trial leads
  • Using the CRM to contact key stakeholders at customer accounts and book discovery calls with them
  • Creating long-lasting relationships with customers who will now have a point of contact at think-cell
  • Booking demo sessions
  • Supporting the team in the quarterly report process
  • Building supporting materials for client sessions

Your profile

  • Interest or first experience in sales or business development
  • Basic understanding of office software and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent communicator
  • Dynamic, high-energy personality with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Good university degree – business, economics or information systems is a plus
