think-cell has been developing software for professional Excel and PowerPoint users for more than fifteen years. Our graphics software is used by most major global consulting firms and other distinguished corporations to prepare high-quality presentations. As well as the quality of our products, our compelling communication and service are naturally important and are ultimately what matter most in winning over and keeping customers.

Our inbound sales processes are highly automated and free our sales team from many recurring tasks, however, selling software is a people business and customers like to speak to real people. The mixture of efficiency and friendliness that characterizes our sales team is a result of keeping response times as short as possible while maintaining a personal touch. We strive to offer our current and future customers a unique buying experience.

About this job

As our new sales assistant, you will represent think-cell in all our inbound communication. You will respond to incoming calls and email inquiries and help our customers when purchasing licenses and placing their orders. You will also work together with our resellers and train new ones to ensure their alignment with our sales procedures. In general, you will focus on building long-lasting customer relationships, because most of our first-time customers turn into recurring customers.

Our valued customers respect us as a partner, as we are able to meet their level of professionalism. Although sales experience is not necessary for this position, we expect you to quickly get up to speed and be able to communicate on an equal basis with tech-savvy purchasing agents. For this reason, it is extremely important that you are fluent in written and spoken business English and German in order to ensure clear communication.

In your role as sales assistant, you will work in a team of five international colleagues in a flat organizational structure. We are a small, close-knit operation that will accept you as part of the team from day one. We at think-cell work together closely and you will receive support and benefit from the experience of your colleagues.

No special training is required for this position. You should be outgoing, well-spoken, and have some understanding of computer technology and office software. You will work from our offices located in the heart of Berlin. Travel is not necessary.
