The role and your impact

think-cell has an exciting opportunity for a hybrid role that focuses on product marketing and content development. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will support the product marketing function by developing long- and short-form content while supporting the product go-to-market strategy. We’re looking for a customer advocate with a knack for learning technically oriented software product(s). As such, you will help to translate that knowledge into content and programs that increase sales effectiveness and customer engagement. What You'll Do

  • Be a trusted partner to the product team with an informed perspective related to product functionality, features, customer personas, and uses cases.
  • Develop, edit, and guide content development including user documentation, blogs, white papers, videos and collateral.
  • Ensure content reinforces established product positioning, messaging and insights that influence go-to-market strategy.
  • Support evolution of product and planning including positioning, pricing, communications, and launch, as necessary.
  • Support go-to-market strategy, including sales enablement, training, customer success, and other related areas, as deemed necessary.
  • Support customer analysis and research to fully represent the voice of the customer.
  • Ensure process quality and progress through application and management of tools required to initiate and manage projects (e.g., Wrike).

Your profile

  • 5+ years product marketing experience and/or content development in a B2B software company
  • Must be a proven writer with the ability to create and edit long- and short-form content
  • Proven success at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience related to voice of the customer and/or developing buyer personas
  • Proficient Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel user
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
  • The ability to operationalize team decisions and take appropriate action in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A Passion for results – constantly looking to improve thinking and impact through application of quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Ability to successfully implement projects on time and within budget
  • Upbeat, can-do attitude to take on whatever challenge is thrown your way
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering, computer science or equivalent
