The role and your impact

think-cell has an exciting opportunity for a Product Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing, you will support development of the product marketing function within think-cell and partners across the organization to inform and influence the product vision, go-to-market and messaging and positioning that ensures we deliver a consistent, customer-centered experience. We’re looking for a customer advocate that can support the team, execute at speed and lead workstreams, as appropriate.   • Develop, edit, and guide content development, including blogs, white papers, videos and collateral. Assist in evolving and operationalizing messaging, positioning, and insights through research and qualitative feedback.
  • Influence elements of go-to-market strategy and planning including positioning, pricing, communication of value proposition, and launch.
  • Be a trusted partner to the product team with ability to support workstreams required to deliver on the product vision and roadmap based on inputs from customers, analysts, the product team, sales, support, and marketing.
  • Develop an informed perspective related to product, competition, industry segment(s), and sales enablement and own related workstreams, as appropriate.
  • Support customer analysis and research to fully represent the voice of the customer. This includes NPS and customer satisfaction surveys, customer advisory councils, focus groups, and other voice of the customer activities.
  • Contribute to the development of campaign strategy and themes, create compelling content and guide marketing programs to drive demand.
  • Ensure process quality and progress through application and management of tools required to initiate and manage projects (e.g., Wrike).

Your profile

  • 5+ years product marketing experience in a B2B software company
  • Consulting industry experience beneficial but not required
  • Proven success at collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Experience related to voice of the customer and/or developing buyer personas
  • Proficient Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel user
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and analytical skills
  • The ability to operationalize team decisions and take appropriate action in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A Passion for results – constantly looking to improve thinking and impact through application of quantitative and qualitative insights
  • Successful execution of project management activities
  • Upbeat, can-do attitude to take on whatever challenge is thrown your way
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, computer science or equivalent
