The role and your impact

We are hiring world class go to market professionals to join our journey in accelerating the growth of a highly profitable, $100m+ ARR business, that for the first time in its 20-year history is injecting Sales and Marketing on top of a strong product and fanatic customer base. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for the success of think-cell customers by training, enabling, and delivering best practices to an identified geographical set of customer accounts. They will be the ultimate owner of their accounts renewal and expansion result, and they will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to achieve this objective.

What you'll do

  • Planning to identify top growth and risk accounts within defined set
  • Running plays to support Account Executive expand growth accounts.
  • Running plays to reduce churn/downsell liability among customer accounts.
  • Hosting think-cell trainings and workshops specific to customers use cases.
  • Running trial and proof of concepts for think-cell for prospective customers or use cases.
  • Identifying and demonstrating practical uses of think-cell software
  • Learning customers problems and identifying tcs ability to solve them
  • Sharing feedback with product and marketing teams
  • Learning and utilizing tools provided
  • Keeping systems up to date with relevant data (ex: opportunities in Salesforce)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Exceeding goals and established metrics

Your profile

  • 1+ years of Customer Success Management
  • Experience using think-cell in previous job or college
  • Excellent virtual and in person communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
