The role and your impact

The Commercial Account Executives will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and customer account growth. They will focus on companies who have a defined need for think-cell and help them efficiently and professionally evaluate our solutions. The Account Executive will work closely with Business Development Reps, Subject Matter Experts, and Leadership teams to ensure the long-term success of the customers they work with. You will be responsible for learning about think-cell’s technology, the market, managing a pipeline and full sales cycle, all while selling in a consultative fashion. What you'll do

  • Helping prospects and customers evaluate think-cell software
  • Identify customers problems and demonstrate think-cells ability to solve them
  • Working with Business Development Reps and Account Managers to ensure smooth customer handoffs
  • Sharing feedback with product and marketing teams
  • Learning and utilizing tools provided
  • Keeping systems up to date with relevant data (ex: opportunities in Salesforce)
  • Exceeding goals and established metrics

Your profile

  • 1-3+ years of Software Sales Experience supporting new customer purchases
  • Excellent virtual communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Ability to identify customer pains and create business justifications for them to purchase
  • Experience with think-cell a plus
  • Fluency in English and German is a must
