The role and your impact

In your new role as Campaign Marketing Manager supporting our enterprise business segment, you will focus on executing campaigns and reporting on performance with a heavy focus on account-based marketing across various channels including email, ABM campaigns, paid social, targeted paid media, inbound and outbound prospecting cadences, events and more.

What you'll do

  • Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns segmented by industry, persona and geographical region to achieve pipeline and revenue goals for our commercial business segment
  • Deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, writing copy, and setting up campaigns across Marketo,, and paid online platforms (Google Ads, review sites, social media platforms, etc.)
  • Work across our team to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
  • Drive demo requests and meeting conversions to qualified opportunities through campaigns and website optimization
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and continuously optimize
  • Align with the Business Development and Sales teams on results of top of funnel campaigns, gather feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations
  • Monitor, measure and report on campaign performance and ROI regularly to understand success and areas of improvement

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or another related field
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a marketing role with proven experience managing B2B campaigns
  • Experience working in a metrics driven culture to measure campaign and channel performance
  • Marketo experience required, Salesforce and experience preferred
  • Excellent communicator, dynamic, high-energy personality with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Willing to work in a hybrid office/remote environment

Compensation and Benefits structure:

Starting salary: $75, 000 - $95, 000
