About this job
think-cell Inc. has immediate openings for self-motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to make an impact on growing the think-cell presentation software business in EMEA. You’ll be generating qualified appointments for our EMEA enterprise and commercial sales teams across a range of industries including financial services and management consulting.

The role and your impact
- Outbound call prospects to pitch think-cell software, maintaining high call volumes (min. 60+ phone calls per day)
- Use email drip campaigns and social media to engage and connect with new prospects
- Use lead generation tools to routinely build accurate targeted lists of prospects
- Successfully handle and overcome prospect objections
- Ask smart, targeted questions to knowledgeably engage with prospects
- Understand and articulate how think-cell’s key differentiators align to the business pains of specific sectors and personas
- Continuously learning to get better daily results, reassessing approaches
- Exude empathy for other's problems and challenges
- Utilize the latest prospecting technology platforms including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and conversational intelligence tools for coaching
Your profile
- One to two years of prospecting experience calling into decision makers OR a recent business or economics degree graduate who is ambitious, wanting to start a sales career and willing to learn
- Business to business experience and/or SaaS software experience is preferred but not essential
- A self-starter who takes initiative to achieve goals, is competitive and motivated whilst maintaining the highest level of integrity
- Ability to actively listen to assess prospect needs and opportunities, positive and energetic with strong verbal and written communication
- Sales training and Salesforce experience a plus
- College degree or equivalent experience desirable

Compensation and Benefits structure
At think-cell, for business development representative (BDR) roles, compensation is comprised of a base salary and an on-target commission through a commission plan. Commission is uncapped, which means successful BDRs have the opportunity to earn above the on target commission number. Additionally, BDRs will join think-cell in a BDR I role with a clear performance-based path to move to a BDR II role, increasing overall earnings potential beyond the starting compensation.
