The role and your impact

At think-cell we’re well aware of the impact our solutions have on the world’s leading brands — but we won’t rest until everyone knows. We’re seeking a qualified business development manager to extend our global reach through expert cultivation of new, untapped business opportunities and relationships. The ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help build think-cell’s go to market funnel, that make everyday activities easier for people around the world. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.

Objectives of this role

  • Manage and train our team of business development representatives to help prospect, qualify, and set meetings for top of funnel pipeline for our commercial and enterprise sales org.
  • Take a lead role in developing new-business go to market tactics that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
  • Develop strategies and processes along side our marketing and sales org to best optimize our top of funnel pipeline.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
  • Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics on key KPIs


  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with managers and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Manage response process to inbound lead flow, sequence and strategic messaging creation, and inputs from various internal stakeholder teams
  • Generate processes that help success for new leads, help team to effectively identify and contact decision-makers, screen and interview potential business development candidates, and more
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound/inbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support sales methodology and qualification standards with business-development training and process
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations

Your profile

  • Successful track record in managing business development teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in sales techniques
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Proven ability to plan and manage resources
  • Strong Plus - Experience with Salesforce, PowerPoint,, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, Voice recording software, and ABM tools
  • Strong Plus - Ability to deliver presentations effectively

Compensation and Benefits structure

Starting Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 OTE
