Christmas colloquium at University of Würzburg

The computer science and math students of the University of Würzburg were pleasantly surprised when they left the Christmas colloquium on December 17 this year. In the foyer of the faculty of computer science think-cell handed out to each guest a sweet, little gift. 700 handmade truffles from the Berlin-based Winterfeldt chocolate manufactory, packed in small bags with a red ribbon, were given to the attendees of the colloquium. Würzburg’s students and faculty members visibly enjoyed the sweet gift and the festive atmosphere.
Every year in December, a Christmas colloquium takes place at the University of Würzburg. This year Professor Ipke Wachsmuth from the University of Bielefeld held a lecture about "Max, our Agent in the Virtual World" and demonstrated how robotics can be used in everyday life. The colloquium was followed by a little Christmas party, celebrating the Christmas season with mulled wine and think-cell truffles. We as well savoured the pleasure of this special EAT++ Winter evening and wish all students Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
