KB0048: After applying Microsoft's "Remove Hidden Data Tool" to my PowerPoint document, some think-cell charts are corrupted

Solution

Older versions of the Remove Hidden Data Tool remove some data relevant to think-cell. You can determine your version using the Control Panel, category Add or Remove Programs. In the program list, find Remove Hidden Data Tool and click on Click here for support information. You should have at least version 11.0.6361.0, which is designated on Microsoft's website as version 1.1. You can download the most recent version here:

Before installing the new version, you may have to manually remove the old one by clicking Remove for its entry in the Add or Remove Programs list.
