KB0040: The think-cell toolbar is not shown in Excel

The problem described in this article can only occur in Excel 2003 and earlier.

Solution

If the think-cell toolbar is not shown in Excel, check it is not just hidden. Go to View → Toolbars and make sure that think-cell is ticked. Alternatively you can right-click any toolbar to find the toolbars list.
