Explanation
PowerPoint creates a temporary file whenever an MS Graph chart is inserted or changed. think-cell chart uses MS Graph charts to display some of its chart types, and for these charts, PowerPoint creates similar temporary files. These files are usually deleted when PowerPoint is properly closed, but when PowerPoint crashes, they stay. They can be deleted without harm.
