The color and font definitions think-cell uses are always taken from the PowerPoint template (*.pot file) of your file. If the template is designed correctly, think-cell chart will follow seamlessly when you switch the color scheme.

Depending on your firm's custom settings, think-cell can also adjust its font menu according to the font assignments on the master slide. Thus, after changing fonts on the master slide, you can easily reapply fonts by selecting them from the chart's font drop-down menu.
