KB0010: When I start PowerPoint with think-cell, a dialog pops up that requires me to enter a license key
Cause
think-cell requires a valid license key to run. If the license key is not present in the registry, or if it is expired, this dialog appears before you can continue using think-cell:
Solution
If you are a paying customer, your installation of think-cell appears
to be corrupt. You are requested to contact your firm's technical help desk.

If you are using a trial copy of the product, this dialog appears when your trial period is over. You may either buy a license or request a prolongation of your trial period. For more information on how to purchase our product, please refer to the purchasing information page.
In any case, you can always click the Cancel button and continue using PowerPoint without think-cell. When you have a valid license key available, click the think-cell button in the PowerPoint toolbar to activate the add-in again.
