Cause

The Windows user interface skinning software Stardock WindowBlinds is incompatible with think-cell and causes the behavior described above. Unload WindowBlinds by starting WindowBlinds and selecting WindowBlinds/ Unload WindowBlinds. think-cell has informed Stardock about this incompatibility and is ready to work with them to find a solution.
