KB0157: Install a 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack

You do not have any Service Pack for Office 2007 installed. Office 2007 without Service Packs contains critical bugs which prevent think-cell from running.

think-cell requires at least Service Pack 1 for Office 2007. We recommend installing the most recent Service Pack, which is Service Pack 3. Please download and install it from the Microsoft Download Center:
