KB0068: How do I send error information to think-cell when PowerPoint or Excel crash with the message "Microsoft Office PowerPoint has encountered a problem and needs to close."?

Answer

1. Click on the link What does this error report contain?
2. In the second window, click on the link View the contents of the error report close to the window bottom.
3. Make a screenshot of the window that opens now. To make a screenshot press Shift+PrintScr.
4. Compose a new email using your favourite / default email client
5. Paste the screenshot into the email by pressing Ctrl+V.
6. Please include your version of think-cell chart and the exact build number. You can find this information by opening PowerPoint, clicking More in the think-cell toolbar and then About....
7. Send the email to support@think-cell.com
